The Gift of History

The Imlay City Historical Museum needs your support! We are asking you to be part of a group of dedicated community residents that help underwrite the expenses of our museum as we continue our successful outreach to children, youth, and their families.

Many families have responded generously in the past and have given back to their community. By partnering with us, you can also help us fulfill our core mission of preserving the cultural resources that are essential to our local heritage.

We ask you to help us as we educate young people and contribute to local and regional tourism initiatives.

Cultural tourism is a booming growth industry. Increasing numbers of people enjoy visiting museums and historic sites and our task is to share our histories and connections between the past and present.

People interested in preserving buildings, artifacts, and documents hope to share their knowledge with curious folks who want to know about local persons or businesses.

We continue to advocate for the appreciation of our heritage that binds us together as a community.
